14. Mr Fisher, Mr Blodget and Mr Smith of Boston dined and spent the Evening with us— Mr Navarro also came out in the Evening— I employed the morning in writing; and I read two Synodial discourses of Massillon and two Sections of Robinson’s character of Christ—concluding the third volume— My occupation, my Company, and the weather prevented me the whole day from my usual exercise of walking.
